Purpose of So-Cal Real Estate Investors

Our So-Cal Real Estate Investors group meetings will be held monthly at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club. A primary purpose of the group is to share creative ideas with one another about how to find and purchase discounted residential and commercial real estate as well as how to most effectively lease, finance, and sell real estate in this ever-changing marketplace. We will cover simple and complex topics like boosting credit scores, structuring seller-financing with minimal down payments, forbearance and loan modification situations, short sales, bankruptcies, high-conflict divorce, wholesaling real estate contracts, buying and selling income streams, lease-options, finding equity partners, and other topics.
